El Campo, TX / Full-Time
J4 Fencing and Services is hiring a hands-on leader to coordinate field crews, support job sites, and keep projects running smoothly. This is a supervisory and coordination role, not a full-time driving position.
What You’ll Do:
• Coordinate daily work for fence installation crews
• Visit job sites to help crews get set up and supported
• Communicate with customers and the office to keep jobs on track
• Support crews with materials, equipment, and problem-solving
• Monitor job progress, quality, and safety
• Handle basic job paperwork and reporting
• Occasionally drive company vehicles, including 18-wheelers, to move materials and equipment
What We're Looking For:
• Construction or crew leadership experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• CDL preferred — company-paid CDL training available with willingness to obtain a CDL if needed
• Valid driver’s license required and clean driving record
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
Compensation & Benefits: $50,000–$70,000 per year (DOE)

This role plays a key part in ensuring projects are accurately estimated, properly documented, and efficiently supported from start to finish.
Position Overview:
The Estimator / Project Coordinator works closely with sales, vendors, and management to prepare accurate estimates, coordinate project information, manage materials, and maintain organized pricing and inventory records. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys both analytical work and practical problem-solving in a construction environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare cost estimates, material takeoffs, and proposals
• Review drawings, specifications, and project details
• Coordinate pricing with vendors and suppliers
• Track estimates, bids, and awarded projects
• Manage material inventory, shipping and receiving
• Maintain organized project, pricing, and inventory records
• Assist leadership with research and process improvements
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in estimating project coordination, procurement, or construction
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel an office
• Willingness to learn estimating and business software
Compensation & Benefits:
• Base salary: $55,000 - $70,000 per year (DOE)

This role is the backbone of our office operations, ensuring smooth communication, organized documentation, and efficient day-to-day functions.
Position Overview:
The Bilingual Office Assistant works directly with leadership, field teams, vendors, and customers to manage daily office tasks, process information, and provide Spanish-English language support. Key Responsibilities:
• Answer and direct phone calls in English and Spanish
• Greet visitors and customers professionally

• Translate documents, emails, and communications as needed

Qualifications:
