1. Sponsor
The 2026 J4 Kids' Corner Coloring Drawing (the “Drawing”) is sponsored and administered by J4 Legacy Properties, LLC, 1379 County Road 408, El Campo, TX 77437 (“Sponsor”). J4 Legacy Properties is part of the J4 family of companies. Questions may be sent to info@j4lp.com.
2. Eligibility
The Drawing is open to Texas residents who are at least 18 years old and are the parent or legal guardian of a child age 10 or younger at the time of entry. The adult parent or legal guardian is the entrant and submits artwork on behalf of the child. Employees, officers, and owners of Sponsor, and members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
3. Drawing period
The Drawing begins August 28, 2026 at 12:01 a.m. Central Time and ends October 15, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Central Time (the “Drawing Period”). Sponsor's systems are the official timekeeping devices. Entries received outside the Drawing Period are not eligible.
4. How to enter
There are two free entry methods with equal odds:
- Private website upload: Visit j4tx.com/kids, complete the parent entry form, and upload one clear JPG, PNG, HEIC, or PDF of the finished J4 coloring sheet.
- Facebook comment: Post one clear image of the finished J4 coloring sheet as a comment on the official J4 Legacy Properties contest post, then visit j4tx.com/kids and complete the parent registration form using the Facebook entry path.
Limit one entry per child, regardless of entry method. A parent or guardian may submit a separate entry for more than one eligible child. Each entry must contain artwork created by the child named in the entry. Automated, bulk, incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent entries are void. Posting artwork without completing the parent registration form does not create a valid entry.
5. Prize
One winner will receive one J4 Adventure Pack consisting of one Turtlebox Ranger in the winner's choice of an available color, one GameGuard Digital Backpack, one J4 hat, one J4 water bottle, one age-appropriate art kit, J4 stickers, and assorted J4-branded promotional items selected by Sponsor. The approximate retail value is $500. Prize colors, availability, contents, and retail prices may vary.
No cash alternative or transfer is permitted. Sponsor may substitute an item of equal or greater value if an advertised item is unavailable. The adult winner is responsible for taxes, costs, or expenses not expressly included in the prize.
6. Random drawing and odds
Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about October 20, 2026. This is a drawing based on chance, not a judged art competition. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner notification
Sponsor expects to notify the potential adult winner by email and phone by October 21, 2026. The potential winner must respond within 72 hours and may be required to confirm eligibility and parental authority before receiving the prize. If the potential winner does not respond on time, is ineligible, or cannot accept the prize, Sponsor may select an alternate winner by random drawing.
8. Artwork and optional sharing permission
Artwork is collected to administer the Drawing. Permission for J4 to display the artwork publicly is separate, optional, and not required to enter or win. When that optional permission is granted, Sponsor may display the artwork with the child's first name or nickname and age on J4-owned websites or social channels. Sponsor will not intentionally publish a child's last name, contact information, school, address, or other unnecessary identifying information.
9. Privacy and data retention
The parent or guardian's contact information will be used to register the entry, administer the Drawing, prevent duplicate entries, and notify a potential winner. Marketing email permission is optional and is not a condition of entry. Contest entries and uploaded artwork will be retained only as needed to administer the drawing and resolve questions, with a target deletion date of 60 days after the winner is confirmed unless a longer period is required by law or the parent separately authorizes continued use.
Parents may request access to or deletion of their submitted information by emailing info@j4lp.com. A deletion request made before the winner is confirmed may make the entry impossible to administer and therefore ineligible.
10. Conduct and administration
Sponsor may disqualify an entry that violates these rules, interferes with the Drawing, infringes another person's rights, contains inappropriate material, or is submitted through fraud or misrepresentation. Sponsor may suspend, modify, or cancel the Drawing if fraud, technical failure, or another event beyond Sponsor's reasonable control materially affects fair administration. If practical, Sponsor will select a winner from eligible entries received before the interruption.
11. Release and limitation
To the extent allowed by law, entrants release Sponsor and its affiliated companies, owners, employees, and representatives from claims arising from participation or acceptance and use of the prize, except where prohibited. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, corrupted, misdirected, incomplete, or technically unsuccessful entries.
12. Facebook disclaimer
This Drawing is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook. Each entrant releases Facebook from claims arising from the Drawing. Information submitted through the website is provided to J4 Legacy Properties, LLC, not Facebook.
13. Governing law
The Drawing and these rules are governed by Texas law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be handled in a court with proper jurisdiction in Wharton County, Texas, except where prohibited by law.
14. Winner information
After the winner is confirmed, a parent may request the winner's first name and Texas city by emailing info@j4lp.com by November 30, 2026. Sponsor will not publish or provide the child's last name or contact information.
